"Willie" (maybe Billie?), or something similar is listed in the 1870 Census, but not in the 1880 Census, is this some type of an "AKA" for John Baltzer? The age would be correct for John B. who is listed on the 1880 census and found in future references to Silas. 1910 Census also shows 9/9 for kids?
